This is a functional exercise program designed to improve strength, balance, coordination and mobility for seniors with the use of resistance bands and light-weight hand held equipment. We will also focus on abdominal strength to improve your balance as well as postural and functional core.

Joint Stability and Stretching

The road to healthy joints is more than just muscle conditioning. Flexibility and stabilization are equally important in achieving your fitness goals. This stretch and resistance band class is designed to reconnect and challenge the mind-muscle connection. My aim is to re-establish your joint mobility without compromising stability.
