Low Intensity Classes

Gentle Strength

9:30 AM & 10:45 AM

This is a functional exercise program designed to improve strength, balance, coordination and mobility for seniors with the use of resistance bands and light-weight hand held equipment. We will also focus on abdominal strength to improve your balance as well as postural and functional core.

Joint Stability and Stretching

The road to healthy joints is more than just muscle conditioning. Flexibility and stabilization are equally important in achieving your fitness goals. This stretch and resistance band class is designed to reconnect and challenge the mind-muscle  connection. My aim is to re-establish your joint mobility without compromising stability.

Low Impact Cardio

This 30 minute low impact cardio workout is the perfect first step for individuals looking to improve their stamina and get active. â€‹

Beginner Spin Class

4:00 PM

This beginner spin class is perfect for individuals looking for an introduction to spinning. We focus on safe equipment set up and cardiovascular improvement through interval training.

10:00 AM

This high intensity workout is for individuals looking for a challenge and who are ready to add a little more to their workout routine. This class will keep you moving the entire hour, focusing on building strength and cardio.
